Fees, Policies and Rental Agreement

Northshore, and Upcountry $15.00 extra for delivery and pick up

                                    Delivery & Pick-up Policy: 

  • Deliveries and pick-ups are made between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
  • For hotel guests to avoid additional charges, ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO BELL DESK/CONCIERGE DESK, UPON CHECKOUT/SCHEDULED PICK-UP DAY, CLEARLY MARKED WITH YOUR NAME.
  • Items that are needed after 12pm on the scheduled pick-up day will be charged for an extra day.
  • Car seats will not be installed in your vehicle as we are not authorized to do .

                                    CANCELLATION POLICY

     

    Cancellation prior to delivery there are no charges due.

    After delivery Items returned on day of delivery will be refunded at a rate of 50% of rental total.
    Items returned after 1st day will be charged full amount of rental.

     

    If damages are not reported before or at the time of return an additional fee will be applied. There will also be an additional fee if equipment is returned with excessive soiling needing more intensive cleaning. Excessive soiling may include chewing gum, vomit, crayon, markers, or other difficult to remove substances.

     

                                            Liability Waiver 
     
    The Client will use the equipment only for and in accordance with its intended use and pursuant to any instructions provided therewith. Loss or damage to the equipment, reasonable wear and tear excepted, is the responsibility of the Client. In no event will Easy Travel be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury (including death) caused by or arising out of the use of any equipment provided by Easy Travel, or the failure of the equipment to function as intended. Full right, title and ownership of the equipment will at all times remain vested with Easy Travel. It is the Client's responsibility to examine the equipment prior to use to determine fitness and state of repair and to return the equipment in the same state of repair and cleanliness as when delivered.
